The Production The Production
The Fiorenzoni family takes directly care of the whole production system of the excellent extra virgin olive oil that markets, starting from the wonderful olive trees of the company that face the Lake Trasimeno and that are carefully guarded and touched in all their parts by a drop irrigation plant.
The olive picking starts in October after having carefully evaluated the correct ripeness grade: all this with the purpose of getting not the quantity from the fruit yet the best quality oil to be waited at our tables.
Soon after the harvest, the olives are taken to the oil mill that is located inside the property where their pressing takes place the very same day.

The product is stored in steel tanks away from sunlight and kept at controlled temperature so to maintain the fragrance and its antioxidant very, beneficial properties.
Bottling is completed directly from storage tanks so not to alter the quality of the product itself.
